Facial Rejuvenation
Facial rejuvenation is a combination of procedures done to make the face look younger. The core procedures include facelift, neck and face liposuction and facial fat grafting. Other procedures, like eyelid or brow surgery, can be done concurrently if required.
Facelift improves the droop of the cheeks, the jowls, the jaw line and the neck, but does not really address the front of the face, the visage. To obtain a proper rejuvenation, the excess fat which accumulates with aging in the lower face and neck needs to be treated with a small liposuction procedure. Liposuction will remove fat and help tighten the skin. To improve the visage, the deflation which occurs primarily in the upper face, forehead, temples, around the eyes, over the cheek bones and around the mouth needs to be treated with facial fat grafting. These 3 procedures are done together give a far more comprehensive rejuvenation than facelift on its own. In fact, I no longer ever do a facelift without some element of the other procedures as well.
For younger patients, patients who have had a previous facelift and want some further freshening up, and men, I can sometimes achieve good results with liposuction, fat grafting, eyelid work or other modalities, without a facelift. Also, fillers and neurotoxins may be a simple quick option for some faces. Since there are many possibilities for facial rejuvenation, the best is to consult with me so that I can advise you of your best, most cost-effective option. Before and After Facial Rejuvenation

Testimonial
“Just a quick note to let you know that all is well, though I would like to have some fillers and a bit more botox on my forehead. I will try the local doctors, but would much prefer Doctor Lazarus to do the work. My friends tell me I look well, which I take as a good indication of fine surgery, because I look natural and not too pulled. I wish I could have my whole body lifted, but will stick with the face for now. Give my regards to the good doctor and those wonderful nurses and my best regards to you too.”
