I just quickly wanted to give some feedback on the Botox injections you recently gave me.

To make it short, I am so happy: my eyelids stayed totally normal, no swelling or anything occurred!

As I told you, while in Germany I saw 3 different plastic surgeons over the last years, all of them top-reputated, and in every single case I got some severe problems in the eye aera after Botox.

So it looks like you are the only one being able to do Botox properly on me and I have to make some plan
to get to Cape Town again for the next injection in June/July... :-)

Hello Dr Lazarus,

I wanted to say thank you for responding to that email I wrote a week or so ago about my mother's unfortunate side effect of the droopy eyelid from Botox she received in Canada. [I did not do the botox injection, DL.] She bought what you suggested and applied them topically and there has been an improvement! She knows she has to just wait it out but I'm really happy and thankful that the drops have helped improve it a bit. She no longer gets as upset when she looks in the mirror! Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to me about that issue!

I thought I would just send a quick note as I did not have a chance to contact you before I left for New Zealand. I just wanted to extend my thanks for the fantastic work that you did on my 'frown lines'. I think a lot less anxious and at least 5 years younger which is fantastic. I would like to book for surgery when I am back to SA.

Hi Dirk,

Just wanted to let you know that I've spent the lst week diving in the Red Sea in Egypt and for the majority of the week I wandered around in a bikini and felt happy about doing so. Thank you. I'm sooooo pleased with what you've done especially to my shape at the back. The curve in from my bum towards my back is fantastic and not only helps on the waist front but it makes my bum look more like a bum. I'm over the moon with it. I really notice the difference in the depth of me (does that make sense? I mean from my front to my back.) Of course with so little bruising and minimal pain (discomfort more than pain) I'll be coming out next year for another go!

The Botox is still working.

Just wanted to tell you how please I am with the results of the breast reduction surgery and the lips. So pleased in fact, how much would it cost to do lipo on my upper and lower back?

"I'm very happy with the result from the Restylane and Botox. It took appr. one week before I could see any difference from the Botox. But now I can see that my eyebrows are higher and I look more "awake" which is nice."
