If you have questions relating to your prospective surgery you are welcome to contact me. If you are planning to travel to Cape Town for plastic surgery and are contemplating a consultation followed by surgery, I would suggest you contact me so we have an opportunity for some discussion and planning via email prior to your trip.

To provide you with a considered opinion and answer your questions properly, I need certain basic information about you. Please answer all the questions and provide full information. Do not forget to include in your email your question or reason for contacting me.

9. Previous surgery or hospitalisations you might have had: cosmetic surgery and non cosmetic surgery?

10. Chronic medication you regularly take: oral contraceptive pill or hormone replacement therapy, aspirin, blood pressure treatment, insulin or other treatment for diabetes, etc?

11. If you suffer from drug or medication allergies?

12. If you smoke (how many per day?)

13. Your exercise program?

14. Whether you eat well and healthily?

15. Your particular problem(s), the procedure(s) you think which might suit you and any questions which you may have? Please give me as much detail of the problem area, eg bra size, desired bra size, pregnancy and breast feeding history, past or family breast problems such as breast cancer, etc.
